Approve ClassLink Class Imports For Teachers

A Step-By-Step Guide For ClassLink Administrators To Enable And Manage Teacher Roster Imports In Boom Cards.

Importing your class using ClassLink requires approval from the school's ClassLink Administrator. 

This article is perfect to send to your ClassLink Administrator to walk them through how to approve your ClassLink Class import. 

Allow your teachers to import 

To align with ClassLink's strict data privacy policies, we require a ClassLink Administrator to Authorize their teacher's student imports. 

Please verify you have added the Boom Cards application in your ClassLink Rostering Server.

Add Boom Cards as an application and make sure the toggle is Enabled.

If you share the full roster, that means that any teacher would be able to import their classes. If you would like to limit which roster a teacher can share, feel free. If a teacher tries to import an unapproved roster, they will be blocked from that import.
