New York Certificate of Authority and Section 2-d Documents.

For New York Section 2-d, please use the Student Data Privacy Alliance agreement. Look for the Tewksbury Public Schools Agreement Exhibit E featured for Boom Learning and Boom Cards. If your school is not an Alliance member, we can get you an Exhibit E to sign by reaching out to our DPA team. Send your Parent Bill of Rights and any additional documents to be signed to legal@boomlearning.com. New York is a member of the Tewksbury alliance.

If you send your own rider we will reply asking you to sign an Exhibit E to the Tewksbury Public Schools Agreement. If that is not something you can do, please state that when you send your own rider. Please also review Common Modified Terms before sending it. We are unable to sign broad open-ended documents that do not match our business as a data processing and software as a service provider.

We have also attached a copy of our Certificate of Authority for collection of Sales Tax.
