Not Receiving Emails

To ensure you receive our emails, including email confirmations or password reset links, please add the domain boomlearning.com and @boomlearning.com to your Allow List in your email.

Here are a few external resources on how to add us to your allow list:

If you have a School Email address, please reach out to your IT and share the Technical Specifications article so they can be sure that we are fully whitelisted. 

If you are still not receiving emails after adding up to your allow list (confirmation, verification, or newsletter) reach out through the Help Center or email help@boomlearning.com for assistance.

Include the email address you used to subscribe to Boom Learning as well as the User ID on your account. Tell us which email(s) you are not receiving and we'll investigate.
