Where do I find my order number for external redemptions?

Why you need your order number

If you bought Boom Cards outside the Boom Store (like TPT or Etsy), you’ll need your order number to redeem them in Boom Learning.

Don’t worry—this is quick once you know where to look!

Where do I find my order number for Boom Cards bought outside of the Boom Store?

If you bought your item on TPT

  1. Log in to your TPT account
  2. Click your profile picture
  3. Select My Purchases An image of the dropdown under your profile. My purchases is the second option. 

  4. Find the resource and click View Receipt

  5. Look at the top of the receipt for your order number

Your order number is on your receipt at the top of the page. We circled where it can be found in the image above.

Please note that the TPT School Access program ended; we no longer accept "TPT School Access" in place of your order number.

 ⚠️ Make sure you enter the order number, not the item number. The order number is found on the receipt, not the purchase list. 

 

If you bought your item on ETSY

  1. Log in to your ETSY account
  2. Click your profile picture
  3. Select Purchases and reviews
    An image of the dropdown from your etsy profile. Purchases and reviews is the first option.
  4. Find the resource and click View Downloads
  5. Look at the top of the order details for your order number

 

If you bought your item(s) on a BLOG OR WEBSITE

On a Boom Publisher blog or website, you will often see the order number in an emailed invoice or bill. If you do not see that information, please reach out to the Publisher you purchased from to see what information they require to validate the order. 

 

What to enter for free items

  • Type “free” in the order number box
  • Add a short note about where you got it
    • Example: Free – TPT listing
    • Example: Free – Pinterest link

If you received the free item through a promotional offer, such as a direct message or an email.

If this is the case, your note could look like:

  • IG Message on 07/01/24
