Where do I find my order number for Boom Cards bought outside of the Boom Store?
TPT:
For TPT purchases, you will normally find the order number by going to the My Purchases page and clicking View Receipt for the particular purchase.
Your order number is on your receipt at the top of the page. We circled where it can be found in the image below.
If you have a TPT School Access account, please write TPT School Access and your school in place of your order number.
Please note that with the TPT School Access program ending, we will not be accepting this in place of your order number for much longer.
Please redeem all purchases from TPT School Access as soon as possible, as you might be prevented from redeeming those items in the future.
Warning: Do not enter your item number (found on your purchase statement). You need to enter your Order Number (from the specific order).
WHAT TO ENTER FOR FREE ITEMS
If the deck was free, please write "free" in the order number AND describe the location or method by which you received the deck. For example:
Free - Free item on TPT
Free - Free item available on Pinterest
Sometimes, you may receive a link to Boom Cards through a promotional offer, such as a direct message or an email. If this is the case, please provide the date and medium so that the seller can identify your order. For instance, you might say, “IG Message on 07/01/24.” This will allow the seller to validate your purchase without an order number.
ETSY
On Etsy, you will normally find the order number under the Purchases tab.
BLOG OR WEBSITE
On a Boom Publisher blog or website, you will often see the order number in an emailed invoice or bill. If you do not see that information, please reach out to the Publisher you purchased from to see what information they require to validate the order.
